Un cilindro rotante e un sistema di vagli vibranti ventilati assicurano la totale eliminazione di foglie e terra. In particolare nel cilindro rotante avviene la prima sgrossatura da rami: segue lo scorrimento della massa (olive + foglie + rami + terra ) sui 4 vagli vibranti ed in fase intermedia avviene la defogliazione in caduta  nel passaggio da un vaglia superiore ad uno sottostante. Questo tipo di defogliazione  costituisce la parte piu' esclusiva di questa macchina.

Tutte le foglie e rami sono convogliate in apposite bocchette di scarico evitando spargimenti disordinati attorno alla macchina.Tutte le parti a contatto con le olive sono interamente in acciaio inox AISI 304.

A rotary cilinder and fanned vibrating sifter system allows the whole removal of leaves and soil. In Particular in the cilinder happened the elimination  of  the branches : then the mass (olives + leaves +branches + soil ) skimes trough the 4 vibrating sifter and in the middle route makes the elimination of leaves during the passage from a superior sifter to an inferior one. that is the exclusive share of this machine.

Leaves and branches are channelled into the dump ducts provided, not to be spread around machine.Each part touching olives is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
